MAC Sketch eyeshadow

Hello lovelies.

I only own two MAC eyeshadows, and I received this one as a Christmas present from my parents. It's a gorgeous deep purple shade, which is very red based. It has a few red glitters, but they are barely noticeable when it's applied. When I first got this shade, it was not pigmented at all. It looked really quite bad, but then I took a pair of old tweezers (not the best tool but hey) and scraped the top layer off. I don't know what happened, whether it was old stock or a bad batch but now it's so pigmented! I love this but saying that I don't find myself wearing it too much because it's quite dark.

Accessorize Blush in Quiver.

Hello lovelies.

Nice,sturdy packaging.

As you may know, I am a huge blush lover. This isn't to say I necessarily wear them all the time as having rosacea acne can make it hard, but I am a hoarder of them. This blush started my love! It is £5.00 from Superdrug and most larger Accessorize stores. It is a  pale baby pink veined with hot pink. It has a slight shimmer to it but nothing incredible enough to notice. It is nicely pigmented, enough but not too much a la Sleek. It's very wearable and lovely for every day.

On the left is a heavy swatch, and on the right blended out.

Overall I really love this blusher and think the Accessorize cosmetics range is definitely worth checking out!

MAC Cranberry eyeshadow.

Hello lovelies.

Very true to life in pan.

I've had this shadow for a while, and it was the first MAC product I ever brought. I originally planned on getting 'All that Glitters' but this caught my eye and I loved it. It is a true burnt cranberry shade, and is so amazingly pigmented considering it's a frost. It glides on and creates a gorgeous colour on the eyes. It was perfect for Autumn when the Cranberry trend was around, although you could use it any time of the year because, after all, rules are made to be broken!

MAC Tour de Fabulous

Hello lovelies.

I am so excited to share this with you! As I mentioned in a previous post, I did a teeny weeny order with MAC online. I said the tendertone was sold out, but I received an email from MAC today and they told me it was back in stock so I ordered it. Expect a review soon!

Anyway, this is a lipglass from the new Tour De Fabulous collection (which is amazing may I hasten to add!) and it's called (surprisingly) Tour De Fabulous. It's a bright coral colour, but it doesn't translate so neon-y onto the lips as it appears in the tube. Instead it leaves a bright, sunny, coral colour which is just so pretty! I love the formula and colour, and even I can pull it off with my very pale skin. It's quickly becoming a favourite of mine. MAC Lipglasses retail for £13.00.

Sleek Pout Polishes

Hello lovelies. 

*Just a little update* I know I promised that you guys would get to see a review of the MAC tendertone on one of my recent posts but it turns out that even though they're still showing as in stock (2 days after I ordered), they're not. So I guess for the time being there will not be any tendertone post (I'm gutted I won't get to try it!) but my other MAC product I ordered was shipped today, so expect that soon.

Anyway, on to the review of the Pout Polishes. I am a huge fan of sleek because they offer affordable, quality products for everyone, no matter what ethnicity. These 2 babies are the reason I fell in love with the brand. They retail for £4.30 and are available in Superdrug stores.

The first one I picked up was Peach Perfection from Superdrug, and I mainly did so because the packaging reminded me of a MAC lip conditioner. They have an AMAZING, very heavy vanilla scent which I feel like some people might hate but I absolutely love. I wear Peach Perfection all the time, and it gives a fantastic sheen and slight colour to the lips which is perfect for everyday.They are both very pigmented, and I was shocked at how much so. I had heard Pink Cadillac was awesome too, so I picked that one up later on. I don't get as much wear out of this one as I feel it's sometimes too bright but they are both such pretty colours. They have 11 colours available online, but I think that they are not all available in stores.

Overall, I think these are an amazing budget buy for anyone wanting a highly pigmented, moisturising, yummy   lip conditioner. They don't have an amazing lasting time but they are a lip balm after all. I am definitely going to be picking up some more of these; namely Frosting and Electro Peach!

Real techniques - stippling brush

Hello lovelies.

I'm not a huge collector of make-up brushes as I find they're pretty expensive for what they are, but once I heard that Sam Chapman (One of the pixiwoo sisters on YouTube) had released her range in the UK I knew I had to try them. I needed a new foundation brush, and wasn't fully prepared to get the whole core collection so I thought this would be a great choice. I like the design, and that it stands up so it's not rolling everywhere when I'm doing my makeup. It costs £11.99.

It has two layers of hairs which helps to blend and capture the foundation easily. It's recommended to use this with cream products but it works amazingly with liquids (from the thick to the thin.) I am so in love with this brush as it makes applying foundation so effortless and leaves a flawless finish. I am hoping to buy ALL the Real techniques brushes now I've tried this. Well done Sam!

Lush Shower Jellies.

I hope you have been enjoying my posts lately. I am going to be doing a giveaway soon, but am waiting for around 10-20 subscribers so it's worth it. I have been posting quite a lot, and it seems you guys enjoy my lush posts the most. I love lush (as I've said numerous times) and it's quite fun for me to write all about it.

Anyway, I think the jellies from lush are such a fun, unique and also functional product. I have 5 to talk about today:

• Whoosh £3.50/100g
• Sweetie Pie £2.95/100g
• Joy of Jelly (Recently discontinued) 
• Iced wine (Retro xmas this year)
• Jilted elf (Xmas this year)

Shower Jellies are basically solid soap/shower gel, which you use by either getting a chunk and rubbing it into a loofah, or using the whole thing and rubbing it like soap. I personally prefer using the whole thing as it's a bit of a faf using a loofah for me personally, although I do find it generates more bubbles that way. 

Firstly, Whoosh and Sweetie Pie are from the permanent range. Whoosh smells like lime, lemon and grapefruit and also contains seaweed gel which is soothing for the skin. Sweetie Pie, as you may expect, is very sweet and smells like the comforter bubble bar also from lush (blackcurrant, cherry.) I love both of these, and need to purchase some more as I used them all up!

Next is Joy of Jelly, which was recently disconned. This smells like Sex Bomb bath ballistic, which is a very perfumey jasmine scent. It's absolutely gorgeous with all the marbled lilac and purple, and is also one of my favourite smells. If you do want to try any of the disconned or seasonal products, I recommend heading to forum.lush.co.uk or lush limited on facebook to trade with another lushie. Be warned though, you can sometimes get a bad egg who messes up a swap so just do some checks before hand.

Lastly are Iced Wine and Jilted elf. Iced wine smells like very strong fruit, and I hated this at first. Now however I have come to like it, and enjoy it to wake me up in the mornings. Jilted elf smells like alcoholic fig, which is a very interesting scent. I was not entirely sure, and even now I either love it or am a bit 'meh' about it. It is very softening though, and the glitter throughout makes it look very pretty.

Overall, I love the jellies and they are good value for money too.
